goodbye EGM:(

We celebrated "Linggo ng Wika" last Tuesday though it's already September. It's better to be late than never right? I was excited to see the performances of the different levels. The performance of the juniors were great! I'm proud of all of them. The other year levels also made a good job:) The performance of the SALIW Dance Troupe is still good as always, I mean the best! wahaha..I love their costumes, props and of course their dance.

I was overjoyed for receiving the medal and the certificate because I was 2nd place in the Tagisan ng Talino when I joined for the weekly entry. That's the first time I received a medal since I studied in CNSHS:)

After the celebration, the three sections in the junior level were all busy preparing the materials and ingredients needed to make the ice cream. The ice cream mixture inside the small can was placed in a big can with crushed ice and salt. To harden it, it should be rolled for an hour. I enjoyed preparing it and it was fun. We did not for an hour and hurriedly open the can. Our activity was a failure. The tape placed on the cover of the small can was not tight enough to prevent the salt from entering. I just hope that we can still repeat the activity:(

We had our first PTC for this year last friday. I was happy that my grades are all passing. I'm glad that my parents were proud of me. Some of us excelled and some didn't. I guess we should strive more for the next grading period. We changed our seating arrangement and Zeus will be my seatmate for this month.

BAD NEWS...

The executive minister of our religion died. This news made me cry. He was a big part of the successes and progress of our religion. He was the reason why we have faith in GOD and brought us to the right path. We decided to go in Quezon City to visit him last Saturday. The chance of seeing him was really little because there were a lot of brothers and sisters who wants to see him. I was very lucky and fortunate that I was given the chance to see him. Extreme heat, heavy rains, and stress were not a hindrance to stop us from reaching our condolences. The next day, Sunday, we went to Quezon City again in the evening. We tried to see him once again. The distance that we walked was like from Ternate to Naic (no joke...it's really far). Despite this, we're not able to enter the temple. We went back in the bus which our local rented for the people who wanted to witness his interment the next day. It was 2:00 AM when we ate our breakfast in Mini Stop. After that, we went slept in the bus for a short period of time. This day was really exhausting.

Doomsday is really near. The signs are one by one occurring in the Earth. Let's all change our lives before it's too late.
